At Bravendel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below carefully.
Returns (14 days)
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

The product is in its original condition and packaging
For approved returns, a handling and processing fee of 75 NOK will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Replacements
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

A 75 NOK handling and shipping fee applies
If the replacement is due to a confirmed defect or damage, no fee will be charged.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the incorrect product, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Shipping Information
Due to high order volume and demand, delivery times may occasionally range between 10 to 21 business days.
Delays may occur during peak periods or logistical disruptions. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
